Holy Family School is an English Medium, Christian Missionary School established by the Catholic Diocese of Asansol under the rights and powers granted to religious and linguistic minorities by the Constitution of India (Articles 29 and 30). It is a co-educational institution with high academic standards and a team of experienced, dedicated teaching staff.
The school is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi, and prepares boys and girls for the ICSE Examination conducted by the Delhi Council.
Holy Family School aims to foster the all-round growth and development of its students to their fullest potential — spiritually, intellectually, culturally, and physically. It guides them in the development of a sound value system and creates an atmosphere in which students are encouraged to reflect on their lives, grow in knowledge and skill, and acquire the wisdom that is the fruit of experience and learning.
Students are helped to grow in responsibility, self-reliance, and human maturity so that they may find meaning and purpose in their lives. Genuine efforts are made to instill a sense of community and cooperation, rather than a mere spirit of competition.
Guided by our motto “Caritas in Scientia” (Love through Knowledge), we are committed to forming young men and women of character, conscience, and compassion — citizens who will make a difference to society and the world at large.
