1) Acceptance of terms

By using our website or fee payment services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.

2) School communications

You consent to receive official communications by SMS, email, or WhatsApp about admissions, fees, academic updates, and important notices. You may request to stop non-essential WhatsApp/SMS; essential or legally required alerts may still be sent.

3) Fees, payments & refund policy
  • All fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Verify student details, class/term and amount before making a payment.
  • Any gateway/service charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
  • For failed or duplicate charges, contact the office with payment references; resolutions follow bank/payment-partner verifications.
4) Payment processing
  • Online payments are processed by our trusted partner HDFC Bank + Razorpay.
  • Payment status is confirmed to us by the payment partner; your receipt/ledger reflects the final status.
  • If you close the browser or do not return to the website after paying, the status may still be updated when the payment partner confirms it to us.
5) Acceptable use
  • No misuse of the website or payment services, including fraud, unauthorized access, or disruption.
  • No sharing or redistribution of confidential information without authorization.
  • Provide accurate information in all forms and requests.
6) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

While reasonable care is taken, services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The School is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from outages, third-party failures, force majeure, or user error.

7) Changes

We may revise these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

8) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal.

Payments — quick answers

Usually yes. Once the payment partner confirms the status to us, your ledger/receipt is updated even if you didn’t click “Return to Merchant”.

Share your invoice/payment reference with the office. We’ll verify with HDFC Bank + Razorpay and assist as per the payment partner’s policy.

Yes—official messages like payment confirmations, reminders, and important notices may be sent on WhatsApp. You can ask to stop non-essential messages; essential alerts may still continue.
